Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-02

1. Permitted Use

SceneHold may be used for lawful art-direction work inside a validly admitted workspace: submitting sources and briefs you have rights to, generating and reviewing candidates against project gates, and preserving provenance for your own production decisions. This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service for the service operated by Ravenna OÜ.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Generate content that depicts or facilitates illegal activity
  • Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or publicity rights
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer platform logic, model weights, or provider APIs
  • Circumvent gate review, budget enforcement, access controls, feature flags, or compliance holds
  • Share access credentials, invitations, or workspace tokens with unauthorized parties
  • Use the platform for bulk generation outside an active project brief and gate-review workflow
  • Upload source materials containing personal data or sensitive third-party material without an appropriate legal basis
  • Upload malware, or probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

3. Content Standards

Submissions and generated output are subject to the service's policy-engine controls: budget enforcement, content decision gates, and administrative holds. Output intended for commercial release should still pass the controller's own legal and brand review. The pipeline records evidence; it does not grant clearance.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of violating content, and report to authorities where the law requires. Enforcement decisions are recorded in the service's audit records. To report abuse: [email protected].
