1. Operator and Scope
SceneHold is operated by Ravenna OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (osaühing), registry code 14943751, registered address Tedre tn 16, Kose alevik, Kose vald, Harju maakond 75101, Estonia. Contact: [email protected].
SceneHold is an art-direction operating pipeline: it structures creator intent into a locked brief, routes candidate generation, applies project-specific gates, preserves provenance, and advances work only on evidence-backed decisions. These Terms govern use of the service.
2. Service Status
Accounts are created through email-verified signup, or by accepting a workspace invitation. SMS two-factor sign-in is optional and can be enabled in Settings. Features, limits, and availability may change; material changes are announced in advance. Pricing is stated on the public pricing page or in your order.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your session credentials and for activity under your account. Browser sessions are held in memory only; server-side session records expire or can be revoked by your workspace administrator, after which re-entry requires a new invitation or administrator re-admission.
4. Your Content and Generated Output
You retain all rights in source material, references, briefs, and other content you submit (“Inputs”). Subject to any provider terms applicable to generation, and to the extent Ravenna OÜ holds any right in generated outputs, Ravenna OÜ assigns to you all such rights in the output produced for your project (“Outputs”), upon payment of any applicable fees. Provenance and gate records describing how an Output was produced are retained as part of the service record.
You grant Ravenna OÜ a limited license to process Inputs solely to operate the service for you, including storage, transformation, candidate generation, and review tooling, and not for training models or for unrelated purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
The Acceptable Use rules are incorporated by reference. You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or content you lack rights to; interfere with the service; circumvent access controls, feature flags, or cost limits; or use the service to produce unlawful, infringing, or deceptive output.
6. Fees
Where fees apply, they are stated at ordering time and processed through the designated payment provider. Provider costs may be metered per workspace; retained-storage charges may apply to preserved material beyond plan limits as disclosed at the time.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Ravenna OÜ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim or EUR 100, except where limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
8. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict of law rules. The courts of Tallinn, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law grants you another forum.
